The Workshops are done via Discord on a video conference. We ask that everyone joining be respectful and courteous to everyone involved in the workshop. Moderators have been coordinated to make sure that everyone enjoys a fun, knowledgeable, and respectful experience.

You, The Attendee, agree to the terms and conditions of The Workshopz upon successful payment and admission.

1.) The Attendee agrees to respect the video conference, making sure their microphones and videos broadcast appropriate behavior and sounds all throughout the conference.

2.) The Attendee acknowledges that Moderators can kick/ban The Attendee if any inappropriate behavior persists after one (1) warning. Inappropriate behavior includes: harsh language, threats, nudity, or anything that may cause a disruption.

If the attendee is in any violation of the behavior listed above, Moderators have full right to kick/ban The Attendee. The Attendee understands if a kick/ban happens they forfeit their compensation given towards The Workshop. No refunds will be issued.

3.) The Attendee agrees that they can not be refunded for their admission to The Workshopz.

4.) If The Attendee fulfills the option of purchasing The Sketchbook Series book, a refund may only be issued if a problem arises with shipping.

5.) The Workshopz will not be held responsible or liable for any occurrences during the workshop.

7.) The Featured Artist does not represent either The Workshopz or any affiliated parties.

8.) The Featured Artist's language or beliefs does not represent either The Workshopz or any affiliated parties.

9.) The Attendee understands and agrees that their admission costs are compensating The Worskshopz for the Featured Artist at the time.
