The Big Day is coming up! The ToonHeadz wants to ensure that your wedding is a fantastic experience for the Bride and Groom and your guests. So we at The ToonHeadz are super confident of adding a fun and unique addition to your wedding.

Since you purchased our Advance Bride and Groom option, you get to have a fantastic Balloon Archway  at the wedding! 

We will have one of our talented artists create a fun full-color caricature for the Bride and Groom. This full-colored caricature will be rendered digitally and delivered on the wedding day. The Caricature will be matted so your guests can sign and you have a fun, unique memento to remember your special day.

Terms and Conditions - Please Read

The ToonHeadz agrees to complete a half balloon archway on the day of the event. The Balloon Artist will show up 3 hours before the ceremony begins. If a venue is closed before then, we must establish times to create the Balloon Archway. We estimate it takes 2 hours to develop the half-balloon archway. 
To ensure the times are correct, we must have you submit this form. 
BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM  YOU UNDERSTAN,D AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE TOONHEADZ . 
 

The ToonHeadz Balloon Artist will ONLY CREATE THE HALF BALLOON ARCHWAY THAT WAS CHOSEN ON THIS FORM - THE TOONHEADZ OR THE TOONHEADZ BALLOON ARTIST HAS NO OBLIGATION, RESPONSBILITY, RESPONSIBILITYAKE ANY ADDITIONS TO THE ARCHWAY CHOSEN.  
The ToonHeadz Balloon Artist has no responsibility in finding the location of where to set up the balloon-archway.

We always recommending 7 feet high of space, as the balloon archway is 22 foot circumference. In the event the balloon-archway does not fit in the desired location, adjustments and suggestions will be needed.

Please keep in mind that BALLOOONS MAY POP AFTER SET-UP, especially if balloon archway is outside. ONCE BALLOON ARCHWAYS IS COMPLETED, THE TOONHEADZ NOR THE TOONHEADZ BALLOON ARTISTS HAS ANY RESPONSIBILITY IN FIXING, ADDING, OR ADJUSTING THE BALLOON ARCHWAY.

IN THE EVENT WHERE THE BALLOON ARCHWAY IS DAMAGED OR DESTORYED, YOU HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR DAMAGES OR REPLACEMENT OF THE ARCHWAY.
 

The next day of the event, the balloon artist will come and pick up the archway at the venue. Please ensure that the wedding venue will be able to hold the archway for the next day. In the event, the venue can not hold or store the archway, a contact will need to be established prior to the event so The ToonHeadz Balloon Artist can pick up supplies.
